Attention: The First New It Girl-Approved Boot Trend of Fall 2026 Is Here

If you’ve looked into fall boot trends yet (and fine if you haven’t—that’s what I’m here for), chances are that there’s one on the list that jumped out at you: witchy boots. Featured on the F/W 26 runways of Khaite and Prada, among several others, the style is characterized by Victorian-inspired features such as a turned-up toe (pointed or square) and lace-up closure. The pair Selena Gomez just wore in Venice, Italy featured the former.

Gomez’s early-fall outfit included a brown mock-turtleneck tank and a suede column skirt in the same shade. As for her boots, don’t be fooled by the term “witchy”. They were anything but costume-y, with their subtly curled toe. And as a matter of fact, they also represented another major fall shoe trend. Boho-inspired slouchy boots are poised to be a big one, and the shaft of Gomez’s boots exemplified that particular style.

In summary, if you’re fully ready for some fall boot inspiration, scroll on to see Gomez’s look and shop an assortment of subtly witchy styles.

ICYMI: Fashion People Have Been Quietly Replacing Their White Tees With This Chicer Fall Basic

Chic dressers already eager to embrace transitional summer-to-fall fashion are letting everyone know there’s one major trend worth adding to their rotation. It’s not the expected loafers, trench coat, or dark denim. Instead, it’s the Henley tee. That’s right: In place of classic white T-shirts, fashion people are reaching for collarless tops with a half-button placket, mostly in long-sleeve styles. The latest insider to be spotted in one? Lucy Hale.

Over the weekend, Hale was seen in L.A. wearing a casual yet polished outfit. She paired frayed-hem denim shorts and an oversize white long-sleeve Henley shirt. To complete the look, she added The Row’s Marlo 12 Bag, flip-flops, and wire-frame sunglasses.

If you’re loyal to your white T-shirts, don’t worry. Henleys offer that same effortless versatility. The difference? You don’t have to overthink what to layer on top. In 2026, the Henley is the look. Simply add your favorite jeans, trousers, or even denim shorts, and you’re good to go.

Scroll on to shop chic Henley tees that make the transition into fall easier and keep all of your outfits looking fresh.
