Nike Air VaporMax EVO ‘Collector’s Closet’: 7 Air Max Mashup & Where to Buy

Nike had some of its most famous Air Max sneakers get together for a group project, and everybody did their part. The Nike Air VaporMax EVO NRG ‘Collector’s Closet’ (DD3054-001) combines details from seven Air Max classics without looking like somebody built a sneaker from spare parts. Five years after its release, the $200 mashup has become a legitimate collector’s piece.

What Does the Nike Air VaporMax EVO NRG ‘Collector’s Closet’ Cost Today?

This isn’t some forgotten Air Max sitting below retail. StockX asks in late September 2026 vary considerably by size, with several men’s sizes around $300 to nearly $1,000. GOAT isn’t cheap either, with some new-pair asks above $600.

Those are asking prices, not completed sales, but finding a new pair in the right size can require a serious premium over the $200 retail price.

Should You Buy the ‘Collector’s Closet’ to Wear or Collect?

Mashups can get awkward. The Jordan 6 Rings and Spizike Low sometimes try to do too much, but the ‘Collector’s Closet’ makes its different personalities work. I’ve worn several of the Air Max silhouettes referenced here, though not this specific VaporMax EVO.

At today’s prices, I’d lean collector over daily wear. You probably won’t see another pair coming toward you on the street, and for serious Air Max fans, having that much Nike history wrapped into one sneaker gives this oddball masterpiece real appeal.
