Why We Love This Deal

Some of the steepest luggage deals tend to surface after the holiday travel season, which is great news for savvy travelers who take advantage of lower airfare and lodging prices during the winter. Anybody who wants to open up a new year of travel with good luggage needs to see this stylish three-piece set from Reaction Kenneth Cole. Now over 70% off at Nordstrom Rack, it’s a deal too good to miss.

The Reaction Kenneth Cole 3-Piece Spinner Luggage Set is on sale for $200 right now. The list price, at $720, seems a little inflated, but that doesn’t negate the fact that this bundle is one of the more price-friendly sets at the Rack right now, especially from a recognizable label known for good quality luggage. Furthermore, it includes every bag size you’d need for trips of any length.

What Shoppers Should Know

  • Bags: 20, 24, and 28 inches
  • Bag Weights: 5.65, 8.4, and 9.6 pounds
  • Materials: ABS hard-shell
  • Wheels: 4-wheel spinners
  • Handle: Telescoping

This set includes all your must-have sized bags, including a 20-inch carry-on, a 24-inch checked bag, and a larger 28-inch suitcase that can hold a week’s worth of gear for longer, extended vacations and travel. Each case is built from durable ABS with a fully lined interior, garment straps, zippered storage, and multidirectional four-wheel spinners that make navigating airports a breeze, particularly if you’re running late.

From a performance standpoint, this is a solid mid-tier bundle. The telescoping trolley handle, reinforced side feet, and flexible carry handles mirror what you’ll find on more luxury sets from Tumi or even Briggs & Riley sets, while the lightweight construction keeps all three pieces manageable even when fully packed (thus allowing you to pack more essentials). While it’s not ultra-premium polycarbonate, for most travelers, ABS holds up well enough to handle routine airline abuse and frequent use.

How This Set Compares

The original $720 MSRP is clearly inflated—that’s common for fashion-label luggage and not what most shoppers should expect to pay. However, at $200, this set falls into a genuinely fair-value zone. Comparable three-piece sets at Walmart or Amazon typically run $150 to around $220 for generic, often unknown brands, thinner shells, or weaker spinner systems.

Step up to luxury luggage sets at Nordstrom, and three-piece collections from premium travel brands can easily exceed $900 to $1,500. At $200, you’re paying budget-set money for a recognizable fashion label with better-than-average style and function.

All things considered, this three-piece Reaction Kenneth Cole luggage set is a steal at just $200. Make sure you grab one while you still can.
