When it comes to lingerie, we’ve shared our fair deal of insights. From the three trends you can buy on Amazon for less than $20 and the trend that weirdly makes me happier to the underwear trends that are slowly dying and the new wave of string lingerie, we have a constant eye on what’s new in the undergarments industry. To add to the list of popular lingerie content, today we’re bringing you the latest underwear trend that’s taking over our favorite shopping sites.
Take a browse through Shopbop, Net-a-Porter, and Free People (to name a few), and if you have a thematic eye (like myself), you’ll notice strappy underwear trending on each site. From thongs with double straps to high-cut briefs with crisscross details, it seems the more complicated the better for lines like Cosabella and For Love & Lemons. While most lingerie brands offer the style in black, we did find a few options with more playful vibes like pretty prints and pastel colors. Keep reading to check out the new (complicated) underwear trend we’re noticing right now.
Next, nine lies everyone is telling you about lingerie.

Spring Is Here! What to Put Away and What to Keep Out
With spring having (finally) officially started, it’s only logical that we put away our winter gear and free up some closet space for more warm weather-appropriate clothing. This is especially exciting for those of us who shall go unnamed but may or may not have a bit of an overflow situation going on in the wardrobe department of their NYC apartment and could use all the help with de-cluttering they can get. But I digress…
While a little spring cleaning is an obvious yes for everyone, what at times can be less than clear is which pieces you can carry over into the next season and which should go deep, deep into storage. As such, today I’m bringing you this handy guide on what to stash away and what you can continue to wear well into spring and summer—based on my own experience. Just keep scrolling for all the details and, of course, to shop my favorite spring-friendly picks.

Podiatrists Hate Spring’s Biggest Shoe Trend, So Now What?
There are many spring shoe trends, we’re currently fangirling over, but ever since we reported on the floss heel craze of 2019, the shoe trend has become one we’re particularly excited about. I mean, what’s not to love about the barely there straps and the major versatility? Well, according to The High Heel Doc, Bobby Pourziaee, DPM, of Rodeo Drive Podiatry, there’s actually quite a bit to not love. We often run current shoe trends by podiatrists to get a pulse on how our foot health will be impacted by the shoes we’re sporting for days on end, and much to our surprise (and dismay), he informed us that spring’s biggest shoe trend—floss heels—is, in fact, bad for your feet.Â
“Even though floss heels show off your feet for the world to admire, they don’t provide the best support. There is a general lack of support around the foot and ankle, which can easily lead to twisting of the ankle while walking. The lack of support can also lead to overuse injuries like tendonitis,” he tells us. So now what?Â
Roasted Leg of Lamb
This recipe is so good yet it doesn’t require too much time, effort or ingredients. It’s easy & fool-proof, even for you first-timers!

If you haven’t cooked a leg of lamb before, don’t be intimidated.
I know, it seems incredibly daunting but it’s so much easier than you think. It’s fool-proof and fuss-free. And you don’t even need a long drawn-out ingredient list.
Nope, the ingredient list is super simple here – all you need is garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs, Dijon, salt and pepper.
Now I left the shank on for it’s dramatic presentation but you can easily purchase one with the shank removed – there’s no advantage here except for the aesthetic eye for serving.
Marinating is also not needed here – you’ll see that the simple garlic mixture of this recipe will bring in so much flavor. And it’s sure to be a crowd-please for your Easter holiday or your next dinner party. It also pairs perfectly with these mini hasselback potatoes!

Roasted Leg of Lamb
This recipe is so good yet it doesn’t require too much time, effort or ingredients. It’s easy & fool-proof, even for you first-timers!

Ingredients:
- 1 (5 to 6 pound) trimmed bone-in leg of lamb
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- Â 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
- Pat lamb dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, score the top side of the lamb by making shallow cuts all over.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, Dijon, salt and pepper.
- Place lamb, fat side up, on a rack in the prepared roasting pan. Spread garlic mixture evenly over the lamb, rubbing in thoroughly into the scored cuts.
- Place into oven and roast until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees F for medium, about 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes, or until desired doneness. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve immediately with mini hasselback potatoes.
