Pretty velvet and tube socks are certainly an unexpected match, but we’re kind of into it. The contrast of the white socks with the rest of the dark outfit creates an edgier look.
All-black toughens up a pretty, tiered skirt. Pairing boots with a longer skirt is the easiest way to add a rugged look to your typically soft outfit.
Let a pair of statement-making boots steal the show. The contrast with the black skirt is the perfect way to stand out.
Suede booties and a furry bomber make this simple skirt an incredibly cool choice. The black skirt allows the other pieces in the outfit to speak for themselves.
Let a patterned tight peek out of the side slit in your long skirt. This is also ideal for colder weather.
We’re loving leather skirts this time of year. Try a maxi with a cozy shearling jacket to give it that extra edge.
The winter-ready way to try the ubiquitous naked trend: a sheer maxi skirt over skinny jeans. Adding the jeans makes the outfit unique, as well.
Take it from Veronika Heilbrunner, the queen of all things cool. The tomboy-chic way to wear a longer skirt involves hiking boots and a duster jacket.
A tailored blazer adds shape to an otherwise flowy skirt. Pair this with a pair of sweet shoes for the ultimate elevated look.
This is how to keep wearing your favorite crop tops when it’s no longer summer: Layer them over thin knit tops with a pretty skirt.
Give off chic Parisian vibes in a long coat, a beret, and mules. Because you know we can’t get enough of French-girl style.
Flat sneakers complement this long skirt in the cutest way. Plus, they’re super comfortable.
We love all things Eva Chen, and while this is not a maxi skirt, we adore this hardware-embellished midi with a pair of plain black heels.
Swap out your black jeans for a midi skirt and keep it classic—you can’t go wrong with a white T-shirt and pretty flats.
Tuck in your shirt to a high-waisted skirt to add length to your lower half. This way you won’t be swallowed up by an oversize look.
A boxy cropped jacket is the coolest addition to a simple black skirt. Pair it with a pair of sandals and you’ve got the perfect laid-back look.
Olivia Palermo effortlessly mixes prints and ties it all together with a bold belt. You’re guaranteed to stand out in this.
Patent leather is the must-try material of the season. All you need to add to your look is a pair of ankle boots.
A woven tote and sandals make this skirt vacation-ready. Put on that out-of-office notification stat.
For a more polished look, a crisp button-down and simple clutch do the trick.

18 Trendy Glasses to Try Right Now

Of all the accessories I own, the one I get the most compliments on isn’t a bag or a pair of shoes—actually, it’s my glasses. Sure, this probably has something to do with the fact that I wear them just about every day, and, well, they’re on my face, but I also think some well-chosen frames can change up your whole look with relatively little effort. It’s Back: The Zara Trend That Blew Up 3 Months Ago

Spotting new trends at Zara can be difficult considering the insane amounts of product they release each week. But, luckily for you, we’re like, really good at it. Earlier this fall, Zara released a trend-driven print that can best be described as scarf-like with distinct chains printed all over it. We saw the particular graphic print take over the street style scene during NYFW and Zara customers couldn’t get enough as the key products driving the trend couldn’t stay in stock. Looking back on fall 2018, that, along with snake print, were two of the biggest trends the fast-fashion retailer was pushing.

Fast-forward 3 months, and we are noticing the drop of even more chain print pieces at Zara for winter. This time around, the print is coming in more colors and styles than before and yes, we still love it just as much. Ahead, shop a selection of our favorite chain print pieces available at Zara right now and be sure to check back in on the retailer as we can only expect more of this booming product trend to stock the shelves in the coming months. The smitten face of the girl in the photo above is exactly what we looked like when we saw the return of this trend, and we think your face will look the same after you check it out.
