Watch This 900-HP Mustang Drift The Entire Nürburgring Track, Because It’s Amazing

No one was harmed in the making of the above video, but three sets of Nitto NT555 G2 tires were absolutely shredded to bits.

That’s the price Ford paid to send professional racer Vaughn Gittin Jr. drifting around all 12.9 twisting miles of the legendary Nürburgring track in a 2018 Mustang RTR.

As Inside Hook notes, this particular pony was powered by a  supercharged 5.0-liter Ford Performance Aluminator XS engine capable of producing 900 hp.

Gittin pushed his powersliding abilities to the max as he spent more than seven dizzying minutes skidding sideways through the track’s Nordschleife section, aka “Green Hell.”

He even threw in a high-speed J-turn for the hell of it.

“Drifting the Nordschliefe at the Nürburgring was the most insane and scariest experience I have ever from behind the wheel,” Gittin wrote in an Instagram post.

“Sometimes you have to force yourself outside of your comfort zone to make dreams come true.”

If his dream was to become “The Drift King of the Ring,” mission accomplished.

18 Affordable Handbags (That Look Expensive)

If you’re anything like me, you have a thing for handbags. I always have my eye on the cool new silhouettes of the season and the bags fashion girls have draped over their shoulders. But since the price tags of designer bags can usually be pretty steep, it can be costly to splurge on designer styles (especially when on a budget).

The good news? There are some seriously cool affordable handbags that look expensive. With fast-fashion brands designing cool versions of high-end styles, it’s possible to add chic bags to your closet at a fraction of the price. Ahead are 18 cool bags (starting at just $17) that belong in your next Instagram photo.

I Walked 10 Miles in NYC in These Comfy $70 Zara Heels

I usually have a shoe strategy when I’m in New York City for fashion week. I know I’ll be walking a ton attending up to eight shows a day, so I switch up my shoes sometimes even within the same day so blisters don’t have the chance to form, since different shoes irritate the foot in different spots. This past fashion week, I assumed it would be the same and packed at least six pairs of shoes. For the first day, I wore Zara’s 1 1/2–inch Leather High Heel Strappy Sandals ($70). After a few years of street style pics, I’ve learned a little height is a friend to my 5’4” frame. I fell into my hotel bed that night sans blisters.

For the second day, I found myself reaching for them again. Turns out the pink color and barely there straps make them versatile enough to go with practically anything yet a tad more interesting than basic nude shoes. Day three arrived, and I wore them again, clocking 10 miles in the heels over the three days, according to the Health app on my phone. Affordable shoes often have a reputation for being uncomfortable, and I was so pleasantly surprised by this Zara find that I had to share. Scroll down to see my three outfits and shop the shoes.

Don’t worry, though. To make figuring out what to wear to a baptism much easier, we’ve rounded up 15 outfits that will leave you inspired.
