Tumblr has made an update it hinted at in September, changing its rules to allow nudity — but not sexually explicit images — on the platform.

The company updated its community guidelines earlier today, laying out a set of rules that stops short of its earlier permissive attitude toward sexuality but that formally allows a wider range of imagery. “We now welcome a broader range of expression, creativity, and art on Tumblr, including content depicting the human form (yes, that includes the naked human form). So, even if your creations contain nudity, mature subject matter, or sexual themes, you can now share them on Tumblr using the appropriate Community Label,” the post says. “Visual depictions of sexually explicit acts remain off-limits…

Colts-Patriots Week 9 Odds, Lines and Spread

The Patriots are sizable home favorites in Week 9 against the scuffling Colts.

Just when oddsmakers and bettors were ready to write off Bill Belichick and the Patriots, the six-time Super Bowl champions proved them all wrong with their road upset of the red-hot Jets in Week 8.

New England is 4-1 against the spread (ATS) over its last five games and faces a Colts club it has beaten in eight of the last nine meetings. However, that lone win dating back to 2010 came last year in Week 15 when the Colts triumphed, 27-17.

The Colts have handed starting duties to rookie quarterback Sam Ehlinger for the remainder of the season and aim to snap a two-game straight-up (SU) and ATS losing skid Sunday.

Colts vs. Patriots Odds

Moneyline: Indianapolis (+205) | New England (-250)
Spread: IND +5.5 (-110) | NE -5.5 (-110)
Total: 39.5 – Over (-118) | Under (-110)
Game Info: Nov. 6, 2022 | 1 p.m. ET | CBS

Colts Straight-Up Record: 3-4-1
Colts Against The Spread Record: 3-5

Patriots Straight-Up Record: 4-4
Patriots Against The Spread Record: 4-3-1

Odds and Betting Insights

Mac Jones owns a disappointing 3:7 touchdown-to-interception ratio this season and looks to lead the Patriots to back-to-back wins. However, Jones could struggle in this matchup as over the last five games the Colts have only surrendered a total of two passing touchdowns to quarterbacks. On the season, Indianapolis has allowed the eighth-fewest passing yards (199.8) per game.

The key matchup here is easily New England’s defense against Ehlinger. Last week, the Patriots’ defense sacked Jets signal-caller Zach Wilson twice while forcing three interceptions. On Sunday, the Patriots will encounter a Colts club that has turned the ball the most (16) times of any team this season. If Indianapolis doesn’t take better care of the ball, this could be an easy win and cover for New England.

Panthers-Bengals Week 9 Odds, Lines and Spread

The Bengals are home favorites in Week 9 against the Panthers. Carolina has covered in both games since trading Christian McCaffrey.

The Bengals hope a return home to “The Jungle” in Week 9 to face the Panthers can help them rebound from a 32-13 loss to the Browns on Monday Night Football.

Joe Burrow, playing in his first game without Ja’Marr Chase, struggled to find his rhythm. On Sunday, Burrow will face a Panthers’ defense that just surrendered three touchdown passes to Marcus Mariota.

The Panthers are 0-3 straight-up (SU) and 1-2 against the spread (ATS) on the road this season and have surprised bettors and oddsmakers by posting a 2-0 ATS mark since trading star running back Christian McCaffrey to the 49ers.

Panthers vs. Bengals Odds

Moneyline: Carolina (+275) | Cincinnati (-350)
Spread: CAR +7.5 (-110) | CIN -7.5 (-110)
Total: 42.5 – Over (-110) | Under (-110)
Game Info: Nov. 6, 2022 | 1 p.m. ET | Fox

Panthers Straight-Up Record: 2-6
Panthers Against The Spread Record: 3-5

Bengals Straight-Up Record: 4-4
Bengals Against The Spread Record: 5-3

Odds and Betting Insights

After a dismal showing against the Browns, oddsmakers made an immediate adjustment on this Week 9 point spread. The Bengals were installed as 8.5-point home favorites Sunday but were trimmed down to a 7.5-point demand Tuesday.

Cincinnati owns the league’s third-worst rushing attack (81 yards per game) and needs to find a way to get Joe Mixon on track. The veteran back is averaging just 52 rushing yards per game this season and finds a favorable matchup against a Panthers’ defense allowing 4.4 yards per rush to running backs.

Carolina has announced it will be starting PJ Walker under center for the fourth straight game following his 317-yard performance last week against the Falcons. Walker could struggle in this matchup as Cincinnati has not allowed any quarterback to throw multiple touchdowns this season.

After watching the effectiveness of Cleveland’s ground game against the Bengals defense, fantasy managers and player proposition bettors should expect another heavy workload for D’Onta Foreman. The fifth-year running back has posted consecutive 118 yard rushing performances since replacing McCaffrey and faces the league’s 21st-ranked rushing defense surrendering 125.6 rushing yards.

Sources: Nets on the Verge of Hiring Ime Udoka to Replace Steve Nash

Brooklyn officially parted ways with Nash, and, according to sources, is finalizing an agreement with the suspended Celtics coach to take over.

The Nets are finalizing an agreement with Ime Udoka to make him their next head coach, sources told Sports Illustrated.

The Nets parted ways with head coach Steve Nash on Tuesday. Udoka, officially still under contract with the Celtics, has been under a season-long suspension with Boston for an unspecified team violation.

The Celtics will not seek compensation, a source told SI.

The Nets have been in contact with Udoka’s representatives for several days, per sources. Brooklyn has struggled to start the season, falling to 1–5 after a lackluster home loss to Indiana on Saturday. The Nets rebounded to beat the Pacers on Monday in a game where Indiana rallied from a 24-point deficit to tie the game in the fourth quarter.

Brooklyn has intensified its vetting of the circumstances surrounding Udoka’s suspension, which sources say is connected to an inappropriate relationship with a female staffer. ESPN has reported that an independent law firm found Udoka used crude language with a female subordinate before the start of an inappropriate workplace relationship. Joe Mazzulla, a Udoka assistant, was named interim coach before the start of the season.

The Nets hope Udoka can revive a team that has stumbled badly in the opening weeks. Udoka, the architect of Boston’s top-rated defense last season, takes over a team that ranks near the bottom of the NBA in defensive efficiency. Udoka has a history with the Nets, having served on Nash’s staff during the 2020–21 season. As an assistant with Philadelphia, Udoka coached Ben Simmons during the ’19–20 season.

Udoka led the Celtics to the Finals last season, his first in Boston.

The Athletic first reported the Nets intended to hire Udoka as head coach.

Are the Cincinnati Bengals contenders in the AFC? | FIRST THINGS FIRST

Chris Broussard explains the Cincinnati Bengals will not make the playoffs this season due to problems with the offensive limiting the running and passing game. Eric Mangini disagrees with Broussard and explains the Bengals just had a bad game vs. the Browns. Mangini believes the Bengals will make the playoffs if they limit mistakes on the offense.
