Designers drop new It pieces at the speed of light these days, so if you’re not paying close attention, you might miss the latest important shoe, bag, or accessory to hit the fashion world. True to form, we’ve just spotted what we’re predicting will become the newest must-have flats: Balenciaga’s BB Square Toe Slippers.

Hailey Bieber and Sofia Richie both own the easy flats and have been wearing them on repeat since 2020 began. With a square toe and double-B logo, they make other flat slides pale in comparison. Though the Balenciaga pair is a luxury investment, we’re already seeing similar square-toe flats and flat slides in a range of price points, so really anyone can get in on the look. And since square-toe boots and heels are trending, we only expect to see more flat versions from here on out.
