Prediction: Karlie Kloss’s Unexpected Ugg Boots Will Be a Hit at Nordstrom
Every time the calendar flips to November, you start seeing droves of Ugg boots out on the streets. (Yes, even on celebrities like Rihanna, Gigi Hadid, Sienna Miller, and Sofía Vergara.) While it seems like nine out of 10 people gravitate toward Ugg’s classic shearling-lined boots, Karlie Kloss just proved that the cult brand makes a very different style that’s a more-than-worthy addition to your boot collection.
Photographed on a Citi Bike in New York City, Kloss wore the Express Plaid Cozy Teddy Jacket ($71) with Ugg Noe Moto Boots ($160), the latter of which are definitely an evolution from the brand’s signature styles. The motorcycle boots feature a rubber lug sole and two buckle straps, making them perfect for romping around the city. While they don’t have that classic shearling lining, they do have cushioned insoles. Considering their practicality, durability, and celebrity-approved status, we have a feeling these boots are about to fly off shelves at Nordstrom. Scroll down to see how Karlie Kloss wore them, and shop the trend from other brands as well.
