You Can Play ‘Human Billiards’ on This Giant Inflatable Pool Table

Croquet. Badminton. Cornhole. These are all games one expects to see at a backyard barbecue

However, this “Human Billiard Bounce House” from EZ Inflatables is all but guaranteed to astound guests at your next lawn party.

Measuring 30 feet long and 17 feet wide, the blow-up pool table is freakin’ huge. Because it’s constructed from durable PVC-coated vinyl, it also weighs 900 pounds.

We’re just glad each order comes with an electric air pump that can fill it up in eight minutes and ground stakes.

Also included is a set of 16 soccer balls that are painted to represent a pool rack and cue ball. All you need to play are your legs and a little foot-eye coordination.

Even with an admittedly steep price tag of $4,160, there are only two of these things left in stock.

If you have to have this monstrous soccer-billiards hybrid, head to Wayfair to get it just in time for summer.

How Katherine Power Came to Be the Co-Founder and CEO of Who What Wear

Welcome to Second Life, a podcast spotlighting successful women who’ve made major career changes—and fearlessly mastered the pivot. Hosted by Hillary Kerr, co-founder and chief content officer at Who What Wear, each episode will give you a direct line to women who are game changers in their fields. Subscribe to Second Life on iTunes, and stay tuned. We’ll be releasing new episodes on Mondays.

If you’re a fan of Who What Wear, you’re in for a treat with this week’s episode of Second Life, as Hillary Kerr sat down with her fellow co-founder Katherine Power. The two began Who What Wear together back in 2006, but Power’s career leading up to becoming our CEO was anything but predictable.

For starters, Power took a proficiency exam and left high school at the age of 16 to move to L.A. on her own and become a professional dancer (she explains how she was legally able to work as an adult in the episode). After landing a job dancing in Austin Powers (yes, seriously), Power started working full-time for a film producer at the ripe old age of 17. Her next big career leap brought her to the nightlife industry before she eventually became the West Coast editor of Elle Girl. Which brings us back to 2006 and the inception of Who What Wear.

Power and Kerr turned their friendship into a business partnership as well when they decided to start Who What Wear together. It began as an email newsletter with one story a day, believe it or not. Power’s entrepreneurial side combined with Kerr’s writing skills proved to be the perfect formula at a time when fashion-based websites were few and far between.

Today, our U.S. and UK sites reach 16 million people monthly (and counting!) and are responsible for over $100 million of dollars in retail sales through our clothing and accessories line with Target and new skincare line, Versed (which you can shop below). In addition, Power and Kerr have penned three books together.

Head to iTunes and subscribe to Second Life to listen to this special episode and get all the details on Power’s unique journey, as well as some of her best career advice.

The YouTube Gaming app is shutting down this week

The standalone YouTube Gaming app is shutting down on May 30th. YouTube announced the impending shutdown last year, saying that the spinoff had caused “confusion” among gaming fans. It integrated the service into its main app instead, launching a games-focused hub that has already mostly replaced the old YouTube Gaming.

In a help page, YouTube directs any remaining YouTube Gaming fans to this newer hub. It’s also merged YouTube and YouTube Gaming subscriptions, although people will apparently lose the list of games they’ve saved. “We launched YouTube Gaming as a standalone app for gamers where we tested out new features based on the gaming community’s feedback,” the page explains. “We want to continue to build a stronger home for the…

Harrison Ford Says ‘Nobody’ Will Replace Him as Indiana Jones: ‘When I’m Gone, He’s Gone’

If Harrison Ford has his way, Indiana Jones will die with him.

That’s more or less what the 76-year-old actor told NBC’s Craig Melvin when the Today presenter asked which Hollywood star should play the iconic, whip-wielding action hero next.

“Nobody is going to be Indiana Jones, don’t you get it?” Ford said while looking Melvin dead in the eyes. “I’m Indiana Jones. When I’m gone, he’s gone. It’s easy.”

It gets better. As Vanity Fair notes, Ford seemed to confuse Wonder Woman: 1984 actor Chris Pine with Avengers: Endgame star and rumored Indiana Jones successor Chris Pratt

“This is a hell of a way to tell Chris Pine this. I’m sorry, man.”

If he has his way, we can forget about seeing a female version of Dr. Henry Walton Jones

As it stands, fans of the franchise will get to see Ford reprise the role in the fifth Indiana Jones installment, which will be directed by Steven Spielberg and released in 2021.

Until then, please enjoy a classic scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark above.
