Death Stranding is finally launching in November

After hours of teasing via a cryptic Twitch stream, today, Hideo Kojima revealed his next game, Death Stranding, will be launching on the PS4 on November 8th.

The lengthy stream featured a series of handprints covering what appeared to be gameplay footage, though it was hard to tell what was going on, which is fitting for what we’ve seen of the game so far. As the stream went on, and picked up viewers, more of the footage became visible. The stream was coupled with the tagline “the world is in your hands,” and it ended with the release date news along with a new trailer that featured the main cast including — yes — that creepy baby. The trailer provided a few more glimpses of proper gameplay, which will apparently revolve around…

The Widebody Ferrari 812 ‘N-Largo’ Is More Powerful Than Ever

The mad geniuses at Novitec, the German custom shop that somehow made the McLaren 720S even more lustworthy, has now worked their automotive magic on the Ferrari 812 Superfast.

Like the British supercar, the V12-powered Prancing Horse gets a wide-body mod and Novitec’s “N-Largo” designation. The carbon fiber kit widens the rear and front by 5.5 and 2.8 inches respectively, giving Italian exotic a menacing breadth.

Rocker panels and a new rear spoiler finished in matte black serve double duty as aggro design elements and aerodynamic enhancements. The hood also has retooled air vents plus a new bumper, and the whole body is dropped 1.37 inches.

If you do need to get the custom 812 up, say, a moderately steep driveway, just hit the hydraulic system to boost the front up 1.57 inches.

A set of 21-inch front and 22-inch rear rims round out the aesthetic upgrades, which turns our attention to the engine. Novitec’s tune cranks the naturally-aspirated 12-cylinder’s output from 789 to 829 horsepower. A quad-pipe exhaust system ensures that you feel and hear the difference.

According to Motor 1, Novitec’s Ferrari 812 N-Largo will hit 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds before maxing out at 214 mph, making it slightly faster than stock.

Oh, and the cabin is offered in an array of colorful Alcantara, including this wild purple and black trim that looks like something Prince would have tooled around in.

No price was listed, but we’d recommend contacting Novitec now if you’re interested the package—all four of their other Ferrari N-Largo kits are already sold out.

Panicked Oyster Praying That Lump It Feels Forming Only A Pearl

PORTLAND, ME—Reassuring herself that the lump she felt forming between her fleshy mantle and hard outer shell was almost certainly not worth panicking over, a Pemaquid oyster prayed fervently Wednesday that the growth was merely a pearl. “I’m sure this is nothing, but I don’t remember noticing it until the other day,…

Nintendo’s Super Famicom Classic is cheaper than the SNES Classic today

Despite what Nintendo’s SNES Classic product page says, you’re going to have a difficult time finding an SNES Classic in stores, especially at its original $79.99 price. But Newegg is offering an alternative that collectors might be interested in: the Nintendo Super Famicom Classic, Japan’s version of the SNES. Its listing says that this mini-console usually costs $139.99 (importing isn’t cheap!), but it’s currently available for $74.99.

The Super Famicom Classic has a different design than the US SNES Classic. The most noteworthy difference is its set of colorful face buttons, which honestly makes this worth purchasing in my book. The list of games included differs slightly as well. However, be aware that all of the games are in…
