Ana de Armas is set to join the likes of Halle BerryLea Seydoux, Famke Janssen and Eva Green as the latest “Bond Girl” to co-star with the British superspy.

The smoldering Cuban-Spanish actress, who had a breakout role as Ryan Gosling’s virtual love interest in Blade Runner 2049, will play the role of Paloma opposite Daniel Craig’s James Bond in the 007 franchise’s 25th movie.

De Armas told The Upcoming that she’s been a 007 fan for years, and was particularly moved by Javier Bardem’s tortured portrayal of villain Raoul Silva 2012’s Skyfall.

“I thought Javier Bardem was the best villain ever—I’m obsessed with his performance.”

De Armas added that she’s looking forward to shooting with Craig again, having already worked with the 51-year-old British actor, who is portraying Bond for the final time, on the upcoming thriller Knives Out.

Earlier this week, it was announced that Bohemian Rhapsody star Rami Malek will play Bond’s next nemesis

Ralph Fiennes will return as M, Naomie Harris as Moneypenny, Seydoux as Madeleine Swann, Ben Whishaw as Q, Jeffrey Wright as CIA agent Felix Leiter, and Rory Kinnear as Bond ally Tanner.

Watch This Hero Walk Between High-Rise Balconies to Rescue His Cat

Of all the people in the world, there are three types of individuals. Those who dislike cats, those who love them…and then there are a few select people who would literally die for cats.

An unidentified man in Toronto is of the latter, perilously walking across the ledge of his 6th floor high-rise apartment building between his and a neighbor’s balcony to save his furry friend.

The person who recorded the video summed up what everyone else is feeling about the whole thing in his narrative: “No. Noooo. No…noooo. What the fuck is he doing?”

The man’s cat somehow made his way to the neighbor’s balcony and couldn’t find his way back, so to save it from accidentally falling to its death he climbed over the railing, walked across a narrow ledge between the balconies, grabbed his cat and walked right back without flinching.

It would have been a thousand times easier and safer to just knock on the neighbor’s door, but unfortunately they weren’t home.

“He was trying to squeeze back under the glass and getting stuck almost, I was afraid he was going to hurt himself,” he told Blog TO. “He would likely have fallen if he’d tried to hop back over. I had to do something quick.”

When asked if he was scared shitless when he was scaling the building, he reportedly just shrugged and said: “I just wanted to get him back.”

While this was a pretty heroic thing to do for a cat, it’s also arguably insane. This guy risked his life for a cat…but he just probably didn’t get the memo that cats have nine lives and he only has one.

Inside Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s $47.5 Million Beverly Hills Mansion

Maroon 5 frontman and his supermodel wife Behati Prinsloo are selling their Beverly Hills mansion for a mind-boggling $47.5 million. Ah, the life of the rich and famous.

The happy couple bought the mansion for $33.9 million a year ago and reportedly added  $7 million in upgrades, and are now aiming to make a sizable profit on their ultra-luxe pad.

The 10,376 square foot compound was built in 1933 and has five bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a guest house, pool, and a tennis court built by the previous owner, tennis legend Pete Sampras.

Described in the listing as “completely private, secluded, and behind gates,” the home also has a two story entry, library, 50-foot living room, and a formal dining room with bar.

The huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom is obviously fit for a model like Behati.

The gourmet kitchen has an open floor plan that opens up to the family room, which is awesome for feng shui purposes.

And because one kitchen is never enough, there’s another chef’s kitchen.

And a movie screening room, because why not.

The estate was completely updated and remodeled “by one of the top designers in the world,” but the elusive designer remains unnamed.

According to the listing, the home will only be shown to pre-qualified clients, probably because not everyone has a whopping $47.5 million dollars to buy a house.

In case you do, though, a down payment of $9.5 million, $254,075 in monthly mortgage payments, and extremely deep pockets is all it takes to make this gorgeous mansion yours.

Slack plans to go public after hitting 10 million daily users

Slack plans to go public. The company behind the popular workplace chat app filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission today, revealing plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “SK.” In an unusual move, the public offering won’t raise money for Slack; it’ll just allow existing shareholders to begin selling their stock.

In its filing, Slack reported rapidly growing revenue, to $400.6 million from $105.2 million over the past three fiscal years. The company has been losing money all this time, but its losses are shrinking, albeit at a much slower rate, falling to $138.9 million in the most recent fiscal year from $146.9 million two years earlier.

Slack has 10 million daily users who are split across more than…
