Everyone Needs to Own This “Boring” $9 Basic, According to Kendall Jenner

Basics are part of everyone’s wardrobe, sure, but chances are you find them about as exciting as sliced bread. That is, unless you’re Kendall Jenner. Looking at some of her most recent outfits, the model has been leaning hard into one wardrobe basic in particular: the white tank top. As we just shared, the “boring” staple is set to dominate our feeds this spring, so Jenner is definitely onto something.

In the span of a week, we’ve spotted her styling a plain tank with a smattering of spring’s biggest trends like snake-print pants, bucket hats, leather trench coats, hiking boots, and cargo pants, proving just how valuable the piece can be as a base to more attention-grabbing looks. Designers like Tom Ford and The Row have given the white tank top a luxury spin, but you can just as easily nail the look with the $9 version from Amazon.

Keep reading to see how Jenner’s been styling the basic tank lately, and then get in on the trend by shopping the best white tank tops out there.

Tucker Carlson Challenges Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez To A Date

WASHINGTON—Inviting the young, outspoken Democrat to settle things once and for all, Tucker Carlson concluded a taping of Tucker Carlson Tonight Monday by challenging Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) to a date. “You talk a pretty big game on Twitter, but let’s see how well your pie-in-the-sky ideas hold up when…

New ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 8 Trailer and Poster Reveal Winterfell In Ruins

With a haunting new trailer and accompanying poster, HBO has just let fans know how grave the stakes truly are for the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones

The trailer is a slow walk through a snowbound Winterfell, and it’s in ruins and seemingly devoid of life. Save for at the very end, when if you look close a human-shaped shadow can be seen through the snow blowing over a half-buried and bloody sword.

A poster tweeted from the GoT account doubled down. It’s like a warning: “Guess what? A LOT of people die before we’re done.”

That’s to be expected with Game of Thrones, which has rarely been easy on fan sensibilities when it comes to beloved characters.

It is, however, in contrast to the surplus of light-hearted promotional stunts happening as we wait for the final season to begin. HBO has sent people around the world in search of Iron Thrones. Mountain Dew has some on the lookout for Thrones-themed cans with disappearing ink. That’s just the first two that come to mind—more are on the way.

So basically, have fun for now, GoT devotees. Winter arrives on April 14 on HBO.

The Ariel Nomad Tactical Is The Dune Buggy of Your Dreams

You’re probably thinking that this off-road spec Ariel Atom is just another wild concept from the mind of a visual artist who re-imagined one of the world’s fastest cars as a dune buggy.

But thankfully, the Ariel Nomad Tactical is very real indeed, and Classic Car Studio is selling one for far less than the current MSRP.

The St. Louis-based dealer and restoration shop lists a 2017 model equipped with many of the features that come standard in the latest iteration of the indisputably badass Nomad Tactical buggy: a six-speed manual transmission with a limited-slip diff, Ariel’s proprietary intake and exhaust system, and a 2.4-liter, 230-horsepower in-line four that’s good for a 3.5-second zero-to-60 mph time and a top speed of 120 mph.

Classic Car Studio also promises that long-travel remote reservoir shocks by JRI ensure that the beefed-up Atom can rip around corners and absorb bumps on rough terrain much better than, say, a Volkswagen dune buggy

A serious set of brakes outfitted with Alcon Motorsport calipers and beefy pads ensure that all 1,750 lbs of the featherweight vehicle can stop on a dime.

Inside, the cockpit boasts an LCD back lit digital dash with speed, RPM, temperature, fuel level, odometer, gear position, and shift-light display, and controls for a front-mounted winch.

We’d be remiss to if we didn’t mention that the “Desert”-and-black color scheme, knobby off-road tires and roof-mounted floodlights create a totally badass visual.

Best of all, this 2017 Ariel Nomad Tactical with just over 10,000 miles can be yours for $70,000—$22,250 less than you’d pay for the 2019 version without upgrades.

Head to Classic Car Studio for further details.
