5 must-visit cellar doors in South Australia

Don’t worry—this isn’t another one of those “borrow your boyfriend’s boyfriend jeans” stories, because we’ve all heard that one too many times. Plus, it rarely works. Rather, I’m sharing the items I’ve actually purchased from both the men’s and even children’s departments of stores for a multitude of reasons. Whether it was because all the sneakers in the women’s section were pink or purple and I just wanted something simple, snagging a men’s concert tee because the women’s styles simply didn’t have the same boxy cut, or resorting to children’s Uniqlo heat-tech gloves because they were cheaper and in stock in black. There are a lot of practical (think: pink tax) and aesthetic-based (think: literal pink stuff) excuses, so it’s a practice I highly recommend. Just when and where should you seek out these alternate items? Keep scrolling to find out and, of course, shop.

What’s on your travel bucket list? If you’re anything like me, you might have a hard time narrowing down all the places you want to see—one week, I’m dying to go to Japan, and the next I’m all about Switzerland. Well, it never hurts to get a second opinion on your next travel destination, so I scoured Instagram to find out where It girls are traveling right now, hoping they’ll steer me in the right direction.
While Aimee Song will renew your interest in Tokyo, Caro Daur and Camila Coelho will have you laser-focused on traveling to London and Cartagena, respectively. Palm Springs, Bali, Tulum, Marrakesh, and Stockholm also made the list, thanks to stamps of approval from editors, bloggers, designers, and more. Scroll down to see nine winter getaways approved by It girls and shop the pieces you need for your next trip. Bon voyage!

Yep, celebrities can’t seem to stop wearing neon. To be more specific, they can’t stop wearing varying shades of neon green. We noticed the color trend rising among the celebrity world late last year as Blake Lively stunned in a head-to-toe neon green suit and Kendall Jenner posted multiple neon green Instagrams in a row. It seemed like no matter the event, be it a red carpet premiere or a quick trip down the block, celebs were smitten with the freaky hue.
Fast-forward to 2019, and we’ve seen more and more celebs wearing the polarizing trend. Don’t worry: Not every outfit we’re about to show you is doused in highlighter juice. Some looks integrate the trend in a subtle way, while others really do smack you right in the face. If you’re feeling like this trend is a little too much, we are bringing you the celebrity looks that made us feel like it was our time to try out the 2019 trend for ourselves, and we hope you feel the same way.
Next up, feast your eyes upon something truly shocking: Anna Wintour wearing flats.
Yes, I’m aware that I’m already bringing up the topic of spring trends, but hear me out. While the winter drones on, I’ll be prepping my closet ahead of time so I’m ready to break out my freshest pieces at the first signs of spring. Which brings me to another topic I’m always game to discuss: shoes. If you looked at the current state of my shoe rack, boots and other wintery staples would fill your view, but it’s about time I do some spring-cleaning.
To get some intel on which pairs to ditch and the spring shoe trends I should replace them with, I reached out to celebrity stylist Andrew Gelwicks. He shared three shoe styles, in particular, he wishes you’d just ditch already—consider these the heels, boots, and flats that need to go. “All of these trends have been played out,” he noted, “and it’s time to bring in new ideas.” We couldn’t agree more, which is why we’re jumping the gun with spring 2019 trends to ensure you’re as prepped as possible going into next season.
Keep reading to find out the outdated styles Gelwick’s recommends tossing; then shop the new spring shoe trends that will take their place.
When double-tapping through our favorite fashion influencers’ Instagram feeds, we can’t help but notice that some of their beauty games seem to be really strong. Sure, we come to Sabina Socol for her chic Parisian ‘fits, but her effortlessly wavy hair is equally intriguing. And, yeah, Claire Most boasts some of our favorite streetwear styling on the internet, but her flawless skin and fantastic hair deserve just as much recognition.
In an effort to decode the beauty vibes of some of the coolest fashion girls of 2019, we tapped six influencers and asked them all one simple question: If we gave you $50 to spend at Sephora on whatever you wanted, what would you buy? Keep scrolling to see their 11 hair, makeup, and skincare picks.
